- Irvin Yalom

Whatever your situation may be, you are reading this because you want things to be different and are ready for change.
You don’t have to struggle alone and I might be able to support you to help resolve whatever problems you are experiencing.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, fear, worries, doubt, feeling low, overwhelmed, stressed or inadequate.
Together, we will explore the underlying causes of your anxiety and stress and look at strategies to reduce its impact on your life.

Are you struggling with Relationship issues or are you feeling stuck in a relationship?
Whether you’re facing challenges in romantic relationships, family dynamics, or friendships, I help clients navigate communication difficulties, trust issues, attachment issues or emotional intimacy.
Relationships can be both beautiful and complicated, and I’m here to help you improve them.

Are you finding it hard to navigate the complexities of parenting?
Parenting is a rewarding but often challenging journey. I offer support for parents who are feeling overwhelmed or are dealing with difficult pressures of balancing family life.
Together, we will work on building healthier relationships with your children while caring for your own emotional well-being.

Do you feel you need help coping with Loss?
Losing a loved one can leave you feeling lost and uncertain.
